Our staff’s jobs may be to serve tables; their mission is to make sure guests and families come back. Our waiters work to get the customer to think when they leave ‘Hey I/we like that place, I’m/we’re going to come back’ – that is a totally different job to being a standard ‘waitron’, ‘chef’ or ‘staff member’. We ALL make a much greater effort into making the meal a memorable experience for our guests and families.
